Happy V-Day!

I know...happy belated Valentine's day! Better late than never, huh? Actually, I just recovered from a fever, the worst fever ever! I even lost 2 kgs! I can feel that my body is lighter than before as I can't eat at all. I vomit all the time, maybe because of my sore throat too :(

Anyway, I went out with my mom on V-day afternoon. I accompany her to a bank then we had our brunch together at one of the Chinese restaurant. We both love dim sum!

Later that night, my hubby and I decided to have V-day dinner together with my kids at my parents' house seems only my mom and my youngest brother are there. We took away chicken satay and BBQ chicken wings.

When we arrived at my parents' house, my mom did cook veggie for our dinner too. It's very simple but I'm so happy to celebrate it with my family. Unfortunately, I forgot to take the photos...starving la :D

Happy Chinese New Year

How's your holidays? I was sick for four days! I got fever and heavy flu...that's mean no holidays for me. I just stayed at home. Felt guilty towards my kids as me and hubby promised to bring them to KK. Anyway, hubby got 1 week holidays but our kids only given 3 days of school holidays.

Oh well, we have to cancel our trip back to my hometown and even to KK. Sorry kids, hopefully on March ya. Got another 9 days of school holidays!

Anyway, I'd like to take this opportunity to wish all my Chinese friends and readers a very happy Chinese New Year. Don't eat too much of Mandarin oranges ya! You may get cough easily :P

Breaking Dawn (Part 1)

OMG! I'm speechless when I saw the movie for the first time. Twilight Saga will always have a special place in my heart. Hey, am I huge fan of Titanic and Harry Porter series too ok, but Twilight is on my top list ;)

My favorite scene is of course the wedding scene. Bella looks so beautiful in that wedding gown. I really hope Kristen and Robert will get married one day. Not just in the movie, but they look perfect together as a couple. How I wish I was there too!

The honeymoon scene was awesome too. Bella looks very sexy and Edward have to pretend he's not interested! Oh well...poor Edward :P

Anyway, I got all the novels and dvd already, but need to add more of my Twilight Saga collections, such as shirts, mug, etc. If I'm not mistaken, there's a Twilight store in Singapore. Wish I can go there one day and buy all the merchandises. Know what? I used to be a huge fan of NKOTB and I got lots of their merchandises, but I kept it at my hometown. Hey, that was more than 10 years ago! Now I'm starting it again, just because of Twilight Saga :)

Another few months to go before the premier of Breaking Dawn Part 2! I just can't wait!

Hi readers! I just want to share some of the photos that I took last year, but forgot to post in my blog due to my laziness...ha...ha...The first part is all about foods :)

As you know, I am food lover. I did try the latest pizza, Ultimate Cheesy Bite and I like it. I can't finish it by myself, so I took away and kept in the fridge. The next day I ate it again just like that and the taste is still yummy!

Nasi Ayam (Chicken Rice) is one of my favorite food. My mom brought me and my sister for lunch somewhere in November, 2011 at her favorite cafe in town. I loveeeee it except the one in the middle. Its good but too spicy for me :D

Anyway, I went for breakfast with hubby and kids at Daily Restaurant and I tried the new menu, Mee Sua Lihing (Seafood). OMG! I like it too and it reminds me of my late grandma. She used to cook it for my mom before when I was still a kid!

Oh well, talking about the king of fruit...DURIAN! Actually, I'm not really into durian. I do eat durian but seems my hubby and kids really hate the smell of durian (LOL), therefore I seldom buy and eat it at home. By the way, thanks to my mom. She bought it for me.

The funny thing about durian is, after eating, no matter how many times you brush your teeth, people can still smell the durian. Even when you fart! Ha...ha...same goes to 'Petai', but I never taste petai. I don't think I can eat it, but petai is good for health!

Okay, here are some of my favorite items. I bought a new sandal for only RM32.90. Quite cheap but very comfortable. I also bought Angry Birds t-shirts for only RM10.90 each but I just wore it twice because I prefer wearing a v-neck instead of round neck shirts.

New Year Eve & New Year Day Gathering

We went to the church on the 31st Dec, 2011 for New Year Eve mass. After that, we went straight away to my parents' house for family gathering. We supposed to do a BBQ but seems the person in charge will arrive late, we decided to cook all the menus.

After dinner, we have some photo session. Unfortunately, my eldest sister and my 4th sister aren't in the photo with us. Below is the photo of my big family (My brothers, my parents, me & my beautiful sisters).

After that, it's karaoke time. We sang until late midnight and at the same time, waiting for the new year's countdown.

What a surprised! My eldest sister and hubby arrived 30 minutes before new year. 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1...Happy New Year 2012! I heard non-stop fire crackers in the air...fuyoooooo!

I'm so lazy to take my bath (I used to when I was a teenager), so I just washed my face, kissed & hugged everyone around me. Definitely I'm hoping for more good news this year, but the most important thing is....to get a driving license! Oh well :P

We went back home around 1.30 am. I'm very tired and ZZZzzz...

The next day, I'm just relaxing at home with hubby and kids. Later that night (1st Jan, 2012), we went to my parents' house again for another gathering and BBQ!

I ate too much during Christmas and New Year...even though I didn't put on weight, but I feels fat until today! Oh well, how can I say no to BBQ? Prawns? Take a look on the photo below :P

Another karaoke session after dinner, but seems we are in housing area, not 'kampung (village) area', mom reminded us to stop singing by 11.00 pm :(

We continued with the story telling session. Talked about our childhood, our embarrassment moments...he...he...wedding moments and in the end, brain washed la...cuci telinga by our parents! LOL!

I really missed those moments as we really enjoyed our gathering + a karaoke session. Now, I'm counting the days to Chinese New Year holidays. We are planning for another family gathering, but I really hope my dad can join us again this time. Otherwise, I'm thinking about going back to my hometown and give him surprise :)

3D/2N Trip To KK ~ Day 3

On our last day in KK (23/12/11), we had our breakfast at the Roof Top Restaurant, Imperial Hotel. The breakfast time is between 6.00-10.30am. We went there at 9.30am but most of the food is finished. The staff should double check and refill it or maybe they don't have enough staff since it's holiday. However, the food is yummy!

After breakfast, we went for last minute shopping in Warisan Square. While waiting for the Big Apple Donuts (BAD) outlet to be opened, hubby brought me to Padini Store, just next to BAD. Wow! Sales! Sales! Sales! Hubby bought few items for me (Will update more about it in my next updates ya :)

We checked out from the hotel around 12.15pm then stopped by at my brother in law's house in Penampang. Sayonara KK, see you again next year!

On our way back to Keningau, we also stopped by at Gunung Alab restaurant for our late lunch. My kids saw a huge cage with lots of animals inside.

You can see bats, squirrel, rabbit,etc animals in those cage. However, I guess it's better if the owner release all the animals. I met a group of tourist on that day and they are so excited to see those bats!

We continued our journey and arrived safely in Keningau around 5pm. Thanks God for the safe trip and thanks to my wonderful hubby too. Kids and I really had fun. Okay readers, I have to stop blogging now. Will update more about my Christmas 2011 later.

Thanks for keep on reading ya...On that night of 22/12/11, hubby brought us to Perdana Park to see the musical fountain. It was raining, but we still enjoyed our moments there.

After that, hubby suggested to watch a movie at Suria Sabah. Unfortunately, our car's brake isn't functioning very well. So, we decided just to go shopping at Centre Point KK, which is a walking distance from our hotel. We had our dinner at McDonald. I had Beef Prosperity Burger. I like it but quite spicy for me.

What a surprised! I met my friend cum my ex colleague, Laura. We still keep in touch through Facebook, but we haven't meet each other since 2003 I guess.

3D/2N Trip To KK ~ Day 2 (Part 1)

The next morning (22/12/11), we had our breakfast at The Square of Novotel. I prefer this hotel than any other hotel in 1Borneo area because variety of food selection for breakfast. Buffet style but lots of yummy thingy!

After breakfast, we checked out from the hotel and went for city tour. We visited Sabah Museum. It was my second visit since 1991! What a long time, huh? Our kids are very excited because it was their first visit. Unfortunately we are not allowed to take photos inside the museum.

By the way, we saw an artist outside the museum. We asked him to sketch a photo for our kids but until our visit end, he haven't done yet! We are so disappointed. He said too many photos to sketch, but why he approached us in the first place?

Anyway, here are some of our photos outside the museum.

After that, we checked in to Imperial Hotel and then had our lunch at Food Court, Centre Point. Hubby accompanied our kids to play games and I went back to hotel to get some rest. I'll meet my another friend, later that evening.

3D/2N Trip To KK ~ Day 1

I went to Kota Kinabalu (KK) last 21st Dec, 2011 with hubby and kids. We supposed to go earlier but hubby is so busy with school thingy even though it was school holidays! Anyway, he promised we will have fun in KK and we did! Thanks hubby :)

On the way to KK (21/12/11), we stopped by at Kipandi Butterfly Park. It was located on Tambunan-Penampang Road. The fees are RM10 per adult and no charge for my kids.

Then, we went to Native Orchid Garden. There's a lot of orchid species inside this garden. My kids are very excited because they saw 'Periuk Kera' (Nephentes) for the first time!

After that, we stopped by at Megalong, Penampang for lunch. We had a nice lunch at HoHo Bento.

After lunch, we went for a quick shopping. Hubby saw a beautiful red dress at one of the boutique. He gave me $ to buy it. Gee, thanks hubby!

We arrived at Novotel, 1Borneo around 2.30pm. I was very tired and took a few minutes nap. I had appointment with my friend, Jenny later that evening.

While hubby took care of our kids, I went out to meet Jenny. We went shopping for some Christmas dresses at Niichi, 1Borneo. Lots of sale and I love all the dresses! I bought 2 dresses (Thanks again hubby for the $, I know you'll view my blog later).

Then, Jenny brought me to Kenny Rogers Roasters. Thanks for the treat!

We just came back from 'Hari Pelanggan' at SFX. Parents are coming to school to get their kids' exam results. We are so proud of our son, Randall. Congrats son! He got 6A,3B in his second semester exam. What a suprise! He is the third best student for the whole primary one too.

Anyway, photo shown above got error typing. It should be 'ketiga' (3rd place) instead of 'kedua' (2nd place). Tomorrow, we'll be going to our youngest son, Randy's kindergarten. I'm sure he's doing well too.

Last 11th Nov, 2011, we went to Randy's graduation day and mini concert at St Francis Xavier Kindergarten. He's doing well in his school, same as his elder brother, Randall. Gosh, time past so quickly. He'll be in primary 1 next year!

Hi friends and readers, how are you? Today is the 1st of November already, time past so quickly and soon it'll be Christmas! Hubby and I are still deciding where to celebrate the Christmas and New Year. Oh well, need to be equal to both our family sides!

Anyway, my mom is back to Keningau. My 4 years old nephew's operation has been postponed to Nov 19. Of course am very happy because we can do the outing often together :)

I just came back from my parents' house, have my lunch there and some chats with my mom and siblings. Here are the yummy food for our lunch today (Take away from a Malay restaurant). Am craving for rendang!

What a coincident or I can say, a miracle! I updated my Facebook (FB) last night and I tried some of the apps on FB. Then I posted on my wall an icon that 'I'm making a wish'

After that, I tried another apps, some phrases and it says 'It'll unexpectedly come true'. When i woke up this morning, it happened. My wish came true unexpectedly! Ha...ha...no matter how or what, thanks to God!

Hmmm...at least I feel happy since I'm not in the mood these few days. Oh well, as I always said, "No matter what, life must goes on!"

There are moments when I feel so down. Thinking about all the problems, sometimes make me sad. Feeling uncomfortable, annoyed, disappointed, etc. Not all the problems we can share with our friends and family members, even with our couples. Sometimes, I rather keep it to myself and express my feelings through prayers.

My Condolences

My sister in law's husband was admitted to Queen Elizabeth Hospital few days ago. He was collapsed in the first place and rushed to the hospital. My in laws families informed my husband and I that he got stroke and brain hemorrhage (bleeding). I was so shocked to hear about that because he looks very healthy before. 'Malang tidak berbau, kalo da tiba ajal, tiada siapa yang tahu'!

Suddenly, I was quite emotional. I was thinking and I couldn't imagine my life without my family! How I wish people can find out how are they going to die, so at least we are ready and will settle everything that need to be settled!

Condolence to my sister in law and her two kids of losing her husband/their dad. May his soul rest in peace, Amen.

Do you know that initially the formation of Malaysia was set on 1st June and later postponed to 31st August 1963 so that it will be the same as Merdeka Day? However due to some issues, the formation of Malaysia delayed the declaration to September 16 of the same year.

Malaysian will celebrate Malaysia Day each year on 16th September to commemorate the establishment of Malaysian federation. The best part is, beginning in 2010; Hari Malaysia is also a public holiday for all states in Malaysia and not just holiday for Sabah and Sarawak like the previous years.

Last Saturday, I went to my parents' house to meet my siblings. They are back to Keningau for Raya Merdeka holidays. So, we have some chats, make up and photo sessions. My younger sister, Cassandra is a fashionable person. She's more to Korean style.

My another younger sister, Cherylyn is more to make up and photography thingy. Oh well, imagine when we gathered together. Lots of girls thingy to talk about! It's Tuesday and I'm back to my daily routine after 10 days of school and public holidays! My first day is awesome, thanks God for that. No lazy mode for today! Ha...ha...Oh well, who else is going to do everything? Absolutely me, I'm a superwoman (^^,)

How's your holidays? Guess I ate too much of spicy food during Raya, so most of the days I got bellyache! However, the best thing about Raya is of course my favorite dishes especially rendang, ketupat, kuih makmur and kuih baulu. All are Malays' main dishes during Raya.

The rest of the holidays, I just stayed at home with hubby and kids. We have to canceled our trip to KK due to some problems. I was a bit upset as I did promise to meet my friends, but there's always next time. So, no need to feel disappointed just because of small matter, huh?

Anyway, I'm still missing my parents, especially my mom! Wish she was here because sometimes, when I need someone to talk to, she's always there for me. Haissh...not all girls thingy can share with hubby la...ha...ha...Luckily my younger sisters from KL and Perak are here for their holidays. At least we can 'borak-borak'.

In another three days, my mom will be going to Sarawak to attend Catholic's Women League (CWL) Conference in Sibu for three days. After that, she'll be going back to her village in Sri Aman for a month! Gosh, a month? Her last visit to Sarawak was three years ago!

At the aged of 34, I still need my mom. I can't imagine my life without her! Same goes to my dad. How I wish I can bring them now to travel around the world? Perhaps, someday. They are hoping to visit Rome one day :)

Anyway, after a month in Sarawak, mom will be going to Lahad Datu for another two weeks to visit my dad. Then, both my parents will be going back to Keningau by end of October! Gosh, I'm sure I'm gonna miss her a lot! Sob...sob...

Weekend Outing to Taman Berkelah

As I promised before, here are some of our photos taken at Taman Berkelah. It was located in Apin-Apin, Keningau. Such a nice place to visit during weekend. You can bring your family and friends for picnic and bbq too! Anyway, you need to pay the entrance fees as this place is owned by a family. RM2 for adult and RM1 for children below 12 years old.

You can drive your car inside this area, but we prefer to go inside by foot. Just to walk around because we didn't bring anything for picnic/bbq.

According to the owner's daughter, this place got lots of Khazanah Jepun yang masih belum ditemui. Japanese did come before to buy this land, but their late father refused to sell it. They didn't want to open it to public at first, but then they decided to make it as a family business.

I love the view here, quiet, peaceful and got fresh air! Sayangnya takde bawa pakaian mandi, so only my kids la berendam sakan...ha...ha...

By the way, this river is 'ditagal', which means that no fishing allowed in this river. The main purpose is to make sure semua anak ikan sempat membesar sebelum dipancing. However, once a year, they'll organize a fishing competition here. Anyway, visitor can do the fishing activity at the fish pond. Mahal sikit la coz ikan yand dipancing akan ditimbang ikut berat tu ikan.

Hubby and kids are so buzy feeding the fishes in the river, while my mom and younger sister are taking photos of each other. Me? Oh well...taking photos too. Am sitting on the rocks, feels like I'm at the Fish Spa! Banyak anak ikan dekat kaki...geli...you can experience it at Ranau too. Somewhere in Kg Luanti, if I'm not mistaken.

After 2 hours there, we decided to go home but we'll definitely will come again. Perhaps, a family gathering there. I miss my dad, but he'll be back in October :)

August 2011 Updates

Finally, I can update my blog using my mobile after a few weeks! Nothing much to share, just a quick updates on what's happening on August.

It's been a while without family outing as hubby is quite busy. My mom also in KK for a week plus to babysit her other grandchildren. She came back to Keningau last Wednesday. So, last Friday, mom and I sent Randall to school. Then, we went for some talks at one of the coffee shop here. We have ABC Buah.

On last Tuesday night, hubby brought me and kids for family outing. We have some shoppings and dinner at Pizza Hut. I used to order spagetthi or pizza for myself, but this time I'd like to try other menu. So, I requested for Seafood Lasagna. OMG, I really love it!

Last Monday night, we went out for grocery shopping. All the government staffs are very excited for the Bonus Raya! Thank you Lord, at least we got some extra money for shoppings! Before going home, we went to a nearby shop to treat the kids for their favorite things. While waiting for them, I saw this stall outside the shop. So, I give it a try for all the flavors. Sedap bah…normally we have it with mayonnaise+tomato sauce.

A friend of mine asking me why my blog is so sunyi? He...he...I'm so lazy to update my blog lately. Blame the PMS alert again, huh? Oh well, no more excuse...now I had a laptop, all I have to do is to type, type and type :P

There's a problem with my mobile also. I realized I couldn't update my blog using my mobile lately. The screen keep on showing 'PAGE NOT FOUND, CHECK THE ADDRESS' but I did type the address correctly! The reason why sometimes I prefer using my mobile is because I can post all the photos directly instead of transfer it to my laptop using another cable...lazy me!!!

Opps, I haven't share with you all about my weekend outing to Taman Berkelah. Gosh, later okay! I had my late lunch today around 4.00pm! I don't think I can eat anymore but I'm craving for something spicy! But seems it's still raining, I don't want to go to Bazaar Ramadhan. So, instant noodle will do...ha...ha...A bowl of Asam Laksa or Tom Yam please ;-)

Happy birthday Ezra, my one and only niece in the family. She's so cute, adorable yet naughty...ha...ha...Today, 8th Aug is her birthday. I was so sad because hubby, kids and I couldn't join them tonight for the celebration in KK.

Besides, it's still Ramadhan month. So, just a simple birthday party among families except us...sob...sob...oh well, hubby and kids need to go to school. Maybe next celebration ya. Aunty loves you so much. I still remember the day she was born. I was there at Likas Hospital. Now, she's turning to 1 year old already. Time past so quickly :P

I love Saturday! It's my favorite day of the week because I don't need to wake up early to prepare breakfast and doing house chores. Hubby and kids aren't going to school (unless there's extra activity).

I can wake up a bit late (but normally I'll wake up as early as my weekdays). Sometimes, hubby will bring us out for family outing. So, how I feel today?

Ha..ha..I know, maybe I'm quite pissed off today, but I just want to have a good rest :P

Salam Ramadhan to all my Muslim readers. Today is the third day of fasting and even myself had a half day fasting since the first day. Oh well, probably between 7.00am-3.00pm only. I'm fasting because I want to experience it by myself. Besides, I can make sure I didn't put on weight too.

I went to Bazaar Ramadhan yesterday with my mom. I keep reminding myself not to buy unnecessary things. So, with the budget of RM10, I only bought 2 Nasi Lemak, 2 Fried Mee Hoon and 2 varieties of kuih-muih. Simple but totally delish!

Last 23rd July, I went to the Herbalife Feel Good Shake (HFGS) Party with my mom and youngest brother. It was held at Keningau Sports Complex, at the pool side. Actually, I'm not a member of Herbalife, it was my mom and seems she sponsored me the ticket, I agreed to accompany her to the party. Besides, my youngest brother and his group are doing their dancing performance too.

The party's theme is black and white, so I decided to wear my favorite outfit that night. Mom and I took some photos before the party started.

It was fun with lots of games and delish buffet style dishes. I even ate for the second round! Ha…ha…I'm ashamed to take photos of the food because too many people at that time. Anyway, I like the popia and the sambal belacan.

My 34th Birthday

Hooray!!! Am turning to 34th years old last 21st July, 2011. The best thing about being 34th is, I finally losing weight. Ha…ha…when I'm on diet, it's really hard to lose weight but then, when I stop dieting, I lose more weights! Weird huh? Maybe because I don't think much about it or maybe because I'm thinking too much about something else. Whatever it is, I'm back to 55kg. That's my weight after giving birth to my second son, 6 years ago!! However, my ideal weight is supposed to be 50kg :p

Back to my birthday thingy, hubby knows that I hate suprise and no cake on my birthday. A simple dinner is just fine for me. I used to celebrate my birthday when I was a kid until teenager but as I grown up, I prefer not to. All I have to do is to wake up, wash my face and thanked God for another year to live.

As usual, got lots of kisses early morning from my hubby and kids. Also lots of wishes through sms, Twitter, Facebook and calls. The best gift is from my little santa, Randy. He gave me his toys, his books, baby wipes and even an empty boxes of Xmas' 2010! Ha…ha…Quite funny but am so touched. My son is just 6 years old!!

Anyway, only four of us on my birthday dinner. Mom and my youngest brother are in KK, but mom bought sushi for me. Guess what? This is my first ever sushi eating, but sadly to say that I don't really like it. Maybe am not used to it, especially the wasabi…hmmm…even hubby and kids don't like it. However, we still want to go to Sushi King outlet in KK one day. Got other fried menus to try. Pretty sure it's more delish :D

Just want to share a few photos of my favorites.

My family and I love this kind of ice cream because it reminds me of our childhood memories. Mom used to buy the 20 cents ice cream from a guy on his bicycle. Nowadays, people are using Mini Ice Cream van and they are selling from house to house. It cost RM2.50 but this Vanilla & Choc flavor is yummy!

I saw this beautiful butterfly last few weeks under our vehicle. Can someone help me to google what kind of species it is? Am so lazy la :p

Finally, Watsons outlet has been opened here in Keningau. It is located at the ground floor of Gmart Keningau Mall. Am so happy because I can find my Vaseline product so easily! No need to buy it in KK anymore :)

We went to Kundasang for a family gathering on the last 28th-29th May, 2011. It was an awesome 4 hours journey from Keningau-Tambunan-Ranau-Kundasang! Eventhough we are 'macam sardin' in a car, because my cousin decided to join us last minute. So, 7 of us inside an invader...5 adults and 2 kids...but we still enjoyed it ;-)

We arrived safely in J.Residence, Kundasang around 3.00pm. OMG! I'm speechless to see the beautiful view. I really like this place and feels like I'm in heaven. Oh well, I am nature lover and I do love to stay in a cold ambiance, like here in Kundasang.

After few walks and picture taking around the villa, we went to our room and get some rest. Poor Randy, he felt down. He is too excited and ran down the hill with his brother. Luckily his brother managed to stop. Randy is totally upset, but thanks God, after hot shower bath, he's getting better than before.

Unfortunately, there's no electricity for an hour! I guess the J. Residence should provide a generator in the future. It's quite cold but I still need to take my hot shower. Anyway, hubby is so helpful to prepare a hot shower for me..he..he..ada gas juga, jerang air la :P

Dinner is prepared by my sister and her in laws families. Saya tukang makan saja..ha..ha..my eldest sister is a good chef, but I forgot to take photos of the yummy food seems I was so damn hungry! I remember the menus such as Sweet & Sour Prawn, Chicken Curry, Sayur Kailan, Sotong masak Kicap, Ayam masak Kicap and $@$@u (A must menu la..he..he..).

BBQ was started around 8.00pm. While waiting for the BBQ, we have fun altogether in karaoke time. I did sing Endless Love, a duet with my youngest brother. Sambil karaoke, sambil menari...memang happening giler!! Even my kids and hubby sempat bertwist. The winners are of course my mom and my eldest sister's brother in law! They are dancing non stop...aramaitiii

My hubby, kids and I went to sleep at 12 midnight after yummy BBQ supper, but the party was ended only around 3.00am!! Adui, kesejukkan saya tidur, tidak sedar-sedar sudah...

The next morning, we woke up around 7.00am. After hot shower, we went to the main villa for breakfast. My eldest sister and her team prepared fried mee and sambal belacan. Gosh, too spicy for me, so I don't dare to eat it. I was thinking about another 4 hours journey back to Keningau! Takut sakit perut tengah jalan...

I'm not really a chocolate lover, but once in while, especially when I go out for groceries shopping with my family, buying chocolate is a must! Ha...ha...because hubby will pay for it no matter how many I put inside the trolly! Ambil kesempatan namanya tu...kikiki...

Oh yes, I prefer Cadbury Dairy Milk product especially Marble flavor. I bought it the first time when I go to Labuan with my family, in November, 2010.

Snickers is one of my favorite too, introduced by my beloved mom. However, I don't know why but very hard to find it here in Keningau. Luckily, one day I found it at Petronas Gas Station!

Don't worry about the calories. We didn't eat chocolate everyday, so just enjoy eating it :)

Harvest festival or also known as Kaamatan Day will be celebrated in Sabah on this coming 30th-31st May, 2011. While Gawai Day will be celebrated in Sarawak on 1st-2nd June, 2011. I'm celebrating it both as I am Kadazan+Iban+Chinese (^_^)

Unfortunately, I can't go back to Sarawak but still will celebrate it with my families and relatives in Sabah. If you guys are happen to be in either Sabah or Sarawak on those days, don't miss to see the beauty contest (Unduk Ngadau or Kumang Gawai). That's the highlight of both celebrations.

Hi, good morning friends. Today is a Wesak Day or known as Buddha Day too in some places. In Malaysia, it is declared as a public holiday. I don't feel like going anywhere, besides my hubby and kids definitely will wake up late during holiday! So, I'm thinking about updating my blog.

Actually, I had typing a lot already about few things but I just keep it as a draft. Sometimes, I lost my ideas in the middle of typing it! Ha..ha..oh well, my mom just sms me. Asking me to go out with her for breakfast.

Sunday Outing

I went to the church with my mom last Sunday, 15th May. After church, we went for 'Jalan-jalan cari makan' (JJCM). I realized that I hate walking eventhough it's good for our health actually. Wish there's a cable car inside the shopping complex! Gosh, how lazy I am...

Actually, I'm a home typed person. I prefer to stay at home, but once in a month definitely I'll go out for groceries shopping with my family.

Oh well, Keningau is just a small town. Nothing much to do here, no cinema, no place for shopping but I like this place as I don't care much about it. As long as I'm with my hubby and kids. Besides, if my hubby is free, we will go to Papar or KK. Once in KK, I'll hanging out with my friends and family and do my own shopping :)

By the way, we went to this tiny restaurant for lunch. This is my first time coming to this place, but my mom told me that their well known dish is Chicken Rice. You can ask them to serve it together with 'acar'.

On mother's day eve, I went out with my mom and we went to salon. I can't wait to cut my hair shortly because the weather is too hot lately. I can't stand it. Wish I can keep it longer as my previous years...

Anyway, after salon, mom brought me for mother's eve dinner at one of our favorite restaurant here in Keningau. We have our favorite Chicken Rice or in Malay, Nasi Ayam.

I am Akademi Fantasia (AF) die hard fan, but this year I was quite upset with most of the students. This year is gonna be the last AF, and they supposed to perform better than previous years students! Luckily Aznil Hj Nawawi (Pak Nil) is back in the house. I can't imagine if AF9 without Pak Nil!

Actually, as a Sabahan, of course my votes will go to my favorite student, Nera. She was good during Konsert Tirai AF9 but then, she's getting worst and worst! She got a good package already, I wonder why she didn't push herself like what Stacy AF6 did? I guess Stacy is the best from Sabah so far.

As we know, AF9 got a lot of 'kezutan' (surprises). At first, I was shocked to know about the 'Operasi Gugur'. I guess it won't necessary yet at the same time, I think that's the best solution as AF9 will be the last season. They really want to find a qualified winner. Besides, most of the audiences aren't really satisfied with most of the performances.

Anyway, I'm really happy when they selected Fina and Hazama. I guess Fina is better than anybody else so far, based on her performance last night. She sang 'All By Myself' by Celine Dion. How I wish she can sing a bit longer!

The whole world is talking about the Royal Wedding of HRH Prince William and Ms Catherine Middleton. I sat in front of my tv since 8.00 am, but the live coverage actually started at 1.00pm and the wedding itself at 6.00pm (Malaysia time). I'm so happy for them and may they live happily ever after.

My Last Weekend

My last weekend was superb, even though hubby and I have to take turn to go to the church. He attended the Holy Thursday and Easter Vigil masses. I went for Good Friday and Easter Sunday masses with my lovely sister, Cherylyn. Luckily she went back to Keningau to accompany me as my parents and my youngest brother went back to Lahad Datu.

I went to clinic for a review. After that, had my dinner at KFC with hubby and kids. Luckily the new product of KFC, Chicken Chop is available. I like the taste, it's yummy and even my kids like it too. Just a small portion of chicken, not so heavy for dinner! Apart from that, I also like the Fishe Donuts, Twister and Toasted Pocketful.

Hi friends, I haven't update my blog for a while. I just recovered from fever, cough and skin allergic. I don't know why suddenly I got this skin allergic. Anyway, I had to 'berpantang' for a while. No egg, no spicy food, no ketchup or even my favorite seafoods! Gosh, can you imagine that? By the way, this week is a holy week for Christian (RC). Too bad I can't go to the church last week for the Palm Sunday mass. Hoping for a better condition, so I can attend Easter mass on this coming Sunday. Poor me...I've never been to any Pizza Hut outlet since 1990! Furthermore, only KFC outlet is available in my hometown, Lahad Datu till today. Now, I've been in Keningau for more than three years and finally, Pizza Hut has been opened! Ya be da be du!

We went there on the first day of the opening day. Eventhough my kids never eat pizza before, luckily they enjoy it (except the mushroom). Oh well, eating Pizza everyday is not good for health. Once a month should be okay, huh? I hope that McDonald's outlet will be opened here too.

The best thing about my last weekend...

The best of the best...after 5 years, I need a new handphone to replace my old N7390. No matter what, I am still a Nokia lover. What a surprise! My hubby bought this new Nokia E7 for me. Gosh, this is what I dream of! Thanks hubby...muahhh!

Wonderful Weekend in KK

I went to Kota Kinabalu (KK) with my hubby and kids last week (25th Mac-27th Mac, 2011). Actually, my hubby got something urgent to do in KK. Seems it was on weekend, he decided to bring us together.

We departed from Keningau around 1.00pm and arrived KK at 3.30pm. We had our late lunch at Kopitiam 1 Malaysia in Putatan. I don't have appetite as I was too tired. We checked into Novotel in 1Borneo and have some rest. I was supposed to meet my ex colleague, my BFF Jenny but then we decided to meet on the next day.

As usual, my hubby will accompany our kids to Boo-boo Land and I will do my own shopping. After one hour, we went to Home's Cafe for dinner. Seems it was Friday, still on Lent Season, we only have seafood as our meals.

We went back to hotel around 10.00pm. After changing our clothes, we went back to 1B, looking for a Gintell massage chair..ha..ha..All of us need a body massage! Then, we went to 24hrs Orange outlet to buy some food/drinks.

The next morning, I woke up at 7.00am while my hubby and kids are still sleeping. I had appointment with my BFF Jenny at 8.00am. Of course, the mall is not open yet till 10.00am. So, we just have some chats at the McDonald outlet. Luckily it was opened at 9.00am. Thanks for the treat Jenny, I really enjoyed my breakfast.

Later in the afternoon, we checked out from Novotel. Then proceed to town and check into another hotel, Imperial. I tried to sleep as I had another appointment with my another BFFs later in the evening.

I went out with my BFF Olivia and her sister, Estella. Debbie supposed to join us but she couldn't make it. We went to Secret Recipe for late lunch, have some chats and picture session of course! Then, we went to CPS Mall, just few walks from the hotel. My first intention is to claim my membership card from the Popular Bookstore. Finally, I got my Fallen novel too.

After window shopping, we went for 1 hour karaoke. Thanks for the treat Olivia and thanks to my hubby too. He's very sporting and allow me to join them while he's taking care of our kids. Biasalah, asal dapat main games, my kids dah puas hati! After karaoke, we went upstair to watch the bowling tournament at CPS Bowl. After saying goodbye to my BFFs, we brought the kids for dinner and back to hotel.

On our last day, we went for complimentary breakfast at the hotel. While waiting for the Big Apple Donuts & Coffee outlet to be opened at 10.30am, my kids and I just stayed at the room while hubby went out for his own shopping.

Before going back to Keningau, we went to visit my younger sister and her family. Then, we went to Dunkin' Donuts outlet in KKIA. Well, after trying both donuts, I still prefer Big Apple :-) We also went to Papar, unfortunately my mother in law is on her way to KK too.

1st visit to our house

I know, I've been gone... Just want to be free from internet for a while! Unfortunately, life is boring without Astro and internet...ha...ha...that's my opinion but no matter what, family comes first!

Anyway, I'd like to share about this lovely white rabbit who always came to our house. Actually, it was belong to my neighbor but look like he prefer to go to our house, especially night time. My kids like to watch him eating grass and we used to call him our 'grass cutter' because he eats a lot! If he eat like that everyday, I guess we don't need to cut our grass (^^,)

Well, even my hubby don't mind if he come to our house because 2011 is the year of rabbit. One thing I realized, he brings luck to our family every time he appear! Oh well, just a coincidentally, huh?

No matter what, we love this rabbit because he is so chubby too!

Hi friends, I'm quite busy lately with the house chores and of course, preparing my kids' meals, uniforms to school. Luckily, they go to school by bus this year, so I still have time to update my Facebook and sometimes, my blog..ha..ha..

As I mentioned before, I am butterfly lover and I love quotes with butterfly motif. So, it's a must for me to google the 'Butterfly Quotes' every morning.

Oh yes, Kenny Rogers Roasters (KRR) is a very good place to eat as it provided healthy foods. eventhough this was my first experience to have my dinner there, but I automatically love the menus and the ambiance. Poor me, because the outlet have been opened in Sabah a few years already, but only in 2010 I managed to go there...ha...ha...As you know, my kids prefer to go to KFC or MCD!
