Oh well, I feel fat lately and I did put on weight. Even though for just 1kg, but I'm too worried because it's very hard for me to lose weight before and now I'm weighing 56kg! So, I decided to eat salad for my lunch lately. Even though without rice, but it's a good choice, huh? We won't be fat no matter how many vegetable we eat for a day!

I'm not trying to be a vegetarian, but guess I prefer salad nowadays. I know it's good for health, but Malaysian people used to eat rice. So, I'll try my best to change my menu everyday, step by step (^_^)
