AF7 Concert..BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS!

Broken Heart Myspace Comments
MyNiceSpace.com

Honestly, I am so upset, frustated, unhappy..what else..about the AF7 concert tonight. I know, this is their first concert but it's beyond my expectations! What I mean is, I'm waiting for something to be happening as their slogan is 'SATU TRANSFORMASI AKAN BERLAKU!' but nothing special! Well, don't mad at me because this is my blog, this is my opinion and I'd like to share with you all how I feel right now.

I can see there are some changes especially on the music arrangement, setting of the stage but I guess the background is too dark. Besides, there's no use to put the audience in front of the stage. There aren't pro singer yet! Why don't they just stick to the old setting? I know, they want to make some changes but I don't think it's suitable. Even the audience are not sporting enough!

Talking about the jury, Adlin is quite good in giving his comments but how I wish Ogy is there with him too.

I know..I know..this is just the first concert but don't make any excuse-lah! Common-lah, this is the 7th season already. As a fanatic fan of AF, I'm expecting something happening in their 1st concert..Their arrangement is quite similar to American idol, isn't it?

I'm not sure about the selection of songs for the next concert, either they'll choose again by themself or will be choosed by their principal, Tiara? I hope it'll be choosed by AF production because we will know who will be the real entertainer such as Stacy AF6!

By the way, I'm not satisfied with their appearance too. Do they have to prepare everthing by themself including their clothes? I don't think 'jeans' is suitable or maybe this is their first concert, so 'hantam sajalah..like that ka..aiyoo.."

One more thing, do you realised that in this concert, I can see only one (1) banner for the student but not sure which student. In the previous concert of AF1-6 we can see lots of AFUNDI banners or maybe this is also part of the transformation, no banners allowed?

Jangan mare ah peminat-peminat AF7..this is just my opinion! I really hope they'll do much better in the next concert! Oh well, I can't wait to view murai.com or read the newspaper..can't wait to read the 'komen yang pedas-pedas'..ha..ha..

Happy School Holidays!

Hooray..school holidays are coming! Any special plan? We are planning to spend 2 nights stay in Kota Kinabalu (KK) during the school holidays. I know, some of you must be wondering, why we always go to KK for holidays not other places? Why?
Well, our kids are still small, I don't mind to wait for another 1 or 2 years to bring them to other places such as Sarawak, KL, Langkawi, etc. I don't have a maid to look after them. Besides, I really want to enjoy the holidays. Therefore, it's more better for us just to 'makan angin' around KK. Eventhough I am Sabahan, but it doesn't mean that I've been to many interesting places, do you?
Know what, my last visit to Sabah Museum is in 1992! That's what I'm saying, I've been to KK many times but I don't have enough time to visit all the interesting places. Luckily, we've been to Lok Kawi Zoo twice..I wonder if you all have been there? I think we must explore Sabah first before we talk about other places. Perhaps, you should go to Borneo Rainforest Lodge (BRL), Danum Valley Field Center (DVFC) or even Maliau Basin for your next holidays! I've been to BRL & DVFC, I'm sure you gonna love it, trust me!
Well, gotta go. Will upload some new photos after I come back from KK!

Do you believe in GHOST?

It's 2342hrs and I'm still watching Ghost Hunter, one of my favourite tv programme. Today's episode is quite scary because they've experienced lots of paranormal activities. It make me wondering, does ghost really exist in this world?
Well, I do believe in ghost eventhough I never seen any ghost in my life, but I did experienced some paranormal activities before. When I was studying in Uitm Sabah, I was staying in dorm F308 and our seniors told us that dorm is one of the haunted dorm! However, nothing happen so far except before the semester break. My friend said that everytime before the exam, 'mesti banyak histeria berlaku' among the students! and it happened to my dormmate! OMG! I was so afraid when she started to scream and I can't even concentrate on my prayer. I still remember that both my knees 'menggigil berabis seolah-olah kesejukkan' and I can't walk properly..ha..ha..it's funny huh but I was so scared at that time because that is my first experience.
Anyway, I remember another scary incident when we are in Papar at my mother in law's house. I remember the time is after midnight and my son suddenly woke me up and told me that he have to 'pusing satu rumah'. I don't understand what he's trying to tell me and I was so sleepy at that time, so I just follow my son's request. My hubby and his nephew are still awake at that time but they didn't realise about the incident!
My son asked me to go around the house together with him. It was so dark behind the house and I forgot to wear my slipper..just imagine how stupid I am but I can't turn back, so we just proceed with our intention and that's it! We go back to sleep and my son said now he can sleep well. Imagine, he was just 4 years old at that time.
The next day, I told everybody about the incident and of course, most of them are so mad at me. I shouldn't have done that, imagine just the two of us in the middle of the night! Oh gosh..I know, how stupid I am but I don't know why I've done that? I asked my son if he still remember about the incident and he told me that he saw grandpa (my late father in law) and he asked him to 'pusing satu rumah'. Maybe his late grandpa just want to play with him because he wasn't there when late grandpa passed away.
Another incident also happened in Papar during Christmas day last year. The time is 1600hrs and we were about to go back to Keningau. Suddenly my son, Randall told me there's a ghost at the end of the junction wearing white dress with a long hair! He said the ghost is looking at us..suddenly 'bulu roma saya mengembang'! People always said that kids can see ghost, is it true?
Everytime there's a death among our family members, I can feel that the spirit come to our house with a bad smell..ya know, something like 'bau bangkai?' Maybe it's just my imagination but my parents always remind me not to be afraid. Whether we believe it or not, just say something because it's like their last visit to us. One thing for sure, the next day, 'tu nasi mesti basi' and it happened for two days! I know, it sounds ridiculous, huh?
Well, I still believe in GOD but I do believe the existence of ghost. Eventhough I'm not brave enough, but I really like to watch any documentary, movie or anything related to ghost! Weird huh?

Demam Akademi Fantasia

Oh yes, 'Demam Akademi Fantasia 7 (AF7) sudah bermula!'...I know, not everybody like such a reality tv programme but I do. Why? Absolutely because it's a reality tv programme, people showing their acts in front of the camera! However, some of them are hypocrite but still that's what happening in the real world, isn't it?

Talking about AF7, only this year I don't have any favourite idol, I don't know why but as a Sabahan, I really hope our 2 finalists will do their best in the concert! From the whole seasons, I really enjoyed the AF2, 3 and 6 and Stacy is my favourite idol because she's so natural! She's very hardworking and even asking for extra time to practise her vocal & performance while the others request for different things!

Not only AF7, I'm a fan of American Idol, One In A Million, Amazing Race and America's Next Top Model too. Luckily, my kids really love me..they'll understand everytime my favourite reality tv programme is on air. They won't make any noise while their mummy is watching tv, otherwise...thanks to my hubby too for taking care of them ;)

PMS Alert!

Girly Comments & Graphics

Ha..ha..scary huh? I'm not feeling very well since yesterday because of the PMS or I used to call it 'bendera jipun'..during this PMS week, I tried to control myself especially my anger towards anybody! It's funny but it's true! However, everytime I've got PMS, I always want something like 'mengidam'..he..he..last month, I really wanted burger, 2 months before is tom yam and this time, tomato salad! (Kalo time pregnant lagilah banyak mengidam).

Well, whether we like it or not, it'll happen every month unless we are pregnant or in menapouse process. Therefore, let's face it with a smile, can we? Hmmm...

My 3 Lovely Butterflies

Girly Comments & Graphics

Yeah, I love my family! Nothing in this world are more important than having them beside me. I am proud to be a wife to my hubby and proud to be a mummy of 2 lil' cute boys. I used to be a working mother before. Working in hotel and tourism industry for more than 10 years really made me stress! I don't have enough time to spend with my family as there's no weekend for me. Even when I'm on a holiday, my phone will keep on ringing..poor me! However, it doesn't mean that hotel and tourism industry is not good for me. I love that job but maybe I'm not suitable for it!

Anyway, I'm so glad that now I became a fulltime housewife! I don't have to wake up so early just to go to work or sending my kids to the nursery while they are still sleeping! I still remember their tears everytime we say goodbye before I proceed to go to work!

Well, other people have their own opinions but for me, I really enjoyed my life right now. I have more time with my family, more time to teach my kids at home, more time to cook and of course more time to do my own activities such as surfing the internet, watching tv, watching dvd and more time to zzzz...lol

"When you look in your life, the greatest happiness are family happiness"

On The Wings Of A Butterfly (Corky Ferguson)

Your friendship is special
Like the flowers that bloom,
Or when a butterfly emerges
From within its cocoon...

You remind me of that butterfly,
Loving and free,
Bright and colorful,
For the world to see...

We will share sunshine and rainbows;
Sometimes, the rain and the snow;
We'll stand together through it,
While the cold winds blow...

When the time is right,
We won't stop to ask "Why?"
Our friendship will take flight
On the wings of a butterfly ...

Happy 55th Birthday Mom!

It's my mom's 55th birthday last night (5th March 2009). We really enjoyed the family gathering eventhough my dad and my other siblings aren't there with us.

Forget about the diet last night because my hubby bought Ayam Manis Keningau (this is very yummy, you guys should try it!), sate and sausages (for my kids). My mom prepared the Sambal Ikan Bilis and Cencaluk while my sister cooked the vegetables and Chicken Soup (for my kids). The Chocolate Cake is very delicious, bought by my sister's boyfriend.

The celebration is very simple but the most important thing for us is the 'Family Gathering'! My mom is very suprised because we told her that we are unable to come..he..he..that's why she's so unprepared when we snap her photo..ha..ha..don't worry mom, you always look beautiful to us.

Anyway, something funny happened last night! I was asked to lead the family prayer and food blessing but before that, my kids and my sister started to laugh! I'm not sure what they are laughing at but I can't concentrate to pray anymore. That's my bad habit, if somebody start to laugh, I couldn't stop laughing too! I tried to stop laughing for a while but...luckily I managed to pray 'Thanks for the foods and give a good health to my mom..Amen..' (What a short prayer huh?). Then everybody started to laugh too. Oh well...

I don't know how many sate I ate last night! Berabis kasi habis coz the next day is Friday, we are still in Lent Season (No meat every Friday eventhough we can replace it on another day). How I wish the other family members are there with us last night!

Nobody can judge my mom because nobody knows her more better than her own family especially me, because I am so closed with her than my other siblings! I will always love you mom and thanks for everything that you have done to me. Muahh..

Winnie The Pooh

At the aged of 32, I'm still a cartoon fanatic fan. My favourite cartoons are Tom & Jerry, Pink Panther, Shaun The Sheep, Mickey Mouse, etc but the top one is Winnie The Pooh (WTP). I love WTP because of the character itself, especially Winnie. He's very polite, soft spoken, helpful and cute. It's very hard nowadays to find such cartoon character. Most of the new cartoon characters are very rough, lots of fighting, war, etc and I don't think it's suitable for kids but that's what most shown on the tv.
Anyway, talking about the WTP, I really like the way they show the meaning of friendship. Besides, I love the colourful background especially during the autumn and winter season. I still remember when I was in school, my friends prefer to call me Rowinnie instead of my real name. Sometimes they call me Winnie, Nie or even Winnie The Pooh as a joke!
Well, no matter what, I really hope that WTP and my other favourite cartoons will be shown on tv for the next 10, 20, 50 or 100 years! Otherwise, the next generation won't find such moral values in the cartoon character anymore. What do you think friends?

Bambangan & Tuhau

Hmmm...I bought it just this morning at gerai with my mom. Actually the gerai is located just behind my house. So, just walk for a few minutes or if I'm lazy, tu auntie bilang just bersiul panggil dia..ha..ha..

Actually, I don't like to eat tuhau before because of the smell, 'macam bau posisang!' but after a few try, I kinda love it. One day, I really hope I can eat bosou as well.

Anyway, talking about the gerai, the owner is a Muslim woman but she's very friendly. No wonder she have so many customers everyday! She sell lots of local fruits, sambal petai, bambangan, tuhau, kuih jala, kuih sepit, pudding and chocolate cakes but the most popular is coconut jelly! Sedap bangat! It only cost RM 2.00 each!

I like the pudding as well, different kinds of flavour such as pineapple, mango, coconut, etc and it cost only RM 1.00 each! However, it doesn't mean that I'll buy it everyday. It's not good for health because of the ingredients, right? So, once a week is enough for me.

So, to all Sabahan people, we should be proud of our own local foods.
